Return and Refund Policy

1. Returns

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.

  • Return Instructions: Follow the provided instructions and return the item to the address given.
  • Shipping Costs: You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item.

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Please Note: For online payments made via our payment gateway, a 3.5% fee will be deducted from the refunded amount to cover transaction processing costs.

4. Non-Refundable Items

Certain items, such as custom orders or digital products, are non-refundable. Please check the product description or contact us for more information.
